Senior Manager Data Privacy Operations (DSAR)

As a part of M&G Global Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with information access requests made under privacy regulations. Your primary responsibility will be processing all subject access requests for M&G. This involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses while ensuring compliance with legislation. You will collaborate with all Business Areas to deliver data privacy processes, focusing on privacy compliance, documentation, records management, quality assurance, and timely delivery of data subject access requests. Key Responsibilities: - Process all subject access requests for M&G - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with all Business Areas to deliver data privacy processes - Conduct quality check of final DSAR delivery - Troubleshoot implementation of tools such as OneTrust - Collaborate with Privacy Legal colleagues, customer support, human resources, technology, and data teams when responding to data requests (DSARs) - Ensure compliance with privacy regulations through scoping and draft redacting of subject access requests - Provide advice on disclosure or refusal of information in compliance with relevant legislation - Identify relevant stakeholders affected by disclosure and respond to requests accurately and compliantly Qualifications Required: - Experience in processing subject access requests or similar compliance-related tasks - Familiarity with privacy regulations and legislation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely and accurate responses - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and compliance - Experience with tools such as OneTrust is a plus Join M&G Global Services to be a part of a dynamic team that values integrity, collaboration, and exceptional talent.
