Crop Protection Product/Category portfolios

The position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management

New Product Introductions (NPI)

Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy

farmer-centric adoption initiatives

P&L outcomes

Ideal candidates would bring:

8–10+ years of strong experience in Crop Protection Product/Category/Crop Management
Proven success in portfolio growth, NPI, and GTM execution
Deep domain knowledge of Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides, along with regulatory and commercial nuances
Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience managing cross-functional teams
Exposure across diverse agri-climatic zones and PAN-India markets
