Key Responsibilities:
Manage compensation structure, pay bands, and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.
Oversee annual appraisal, bonus, and incentive processes.
Partner with vendors for insurance, wellness, and benefit programs.
Analyze C&B data to ensure market competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Strong knowledge of benchmarking, job evaluation, and HRIS tools.
Proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting.
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field.
