Serving over 1,000 clients, including 60 international clients from around 15 countries, HSCo provides comprehensive back-office solutions related to accounts, tax, and finance functions. The firm also specializes in advising on direct and indirect tax laws, exchange regulations, and corporate laws, and also offers services such as due diligence, internal and management audits, share valuation, and certifications.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – Business Support Services, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the back-office solutions provided to clients, including accounts, tax, and finance functions. They will lead and coordinate a team to ensure high-quality service delivery, conduct due diligence, perform internal and management audits, and provide valuations and certifications. The role requires close collaboration with clients to address their needs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounts, tax, and finance functions
• Experience in conducting due diligence and performing internal and management audits
• Skills in share valuation and providing certifications
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Relevant professional qualifications (CA)
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience with accounting, direct and indirect tax laws, exchange regulations, and corporate laws
