Manager - Accounts and Tax

With a team of over 80 members, including 8 Partners, our offices are spread across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. We serve more than 1,000 clients, including 60 international clients from around 15 countries, including the USA and various European nations. Our firm specializes in providing comprehensive back-office solutions related to accounts, tax, and finance functions, as well as advising on direct and indirect tax laws, exchange regulations, and corporate laws.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Accounts and Tax located in Churchgate, Mumbai. The Manager - Accounts and Tax will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing tax compliance, and processing payroll for our clients. Additionally, the role includes annual closing of books, preparing financial statements and audit schedules and getting the books audited under various applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of experience (Semi-CAs not pursuing CA further will be given preference).
• Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance
• Knowledge of Income Tax and GST
• Proficient in Tally ad MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in managing a team is highly valued
