Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Companys monthly Books Closure process.

- Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.

- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report at Vertical level and company level.

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the campuses of the company. Cost Benefit analysis for new tie-ups.

- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual/monthly budget plan to the Management.

- Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target and GLs.

- Preparation of quarterly & yearly INDAS financials.

- Coordination with Auditors & internal stakeholders and completing Audit on time.

- Board Meeting, Audit committee meeting, Risk review meeting presentation.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Performing Control testing of various functions on quarterly basis & submitting report to management on quarterly basis.
