Sohan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a EUGMP, KFDA & Russia GMP-accredited pharmaceutical manufacturer offering end-to-end solutions – from APIs to DC Granules/PFIs to Finished Formulations – ensuring exceptional quality control at every stage. With a strong presence in global markets, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Business Development (International) to drive growth in Finished Dosage Formulations (FDF) and leverage API/DC expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand business in Europe, Latin America, SARC countries, and RoW markets.
• Build & manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and regulatory partners.
• Drive FDF sales, with cross-selling of APIs/DC products.
• Identify new market opportunities and introduce innovative products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 12–15 years of international BD experience in pharmaceuticals.
• Proven expertise in Finished Dosage Formulations; API/DC background a plus.
• Strong network and understanding of target global markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
