Our team has successfully fulfilled over 1 billion orders to more than 420 million households across India. 20 automated sort centers, 71+fulfillment centers, 65+ hubs, 2200+ direct delivery centers, 5000+ partner centers and 39,200+ team members make it possible to deliver over 1.5M packages a day. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to lead and manage all aspects of our supplier relationships across our extensive network. This role is crucial in growing our transportation business, driving cost-effectiveness, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
1. Revenue Growth Mom & QoQ, hunting and onboarding new B2B clients.
2. Identify new retail clusters, prepare comprehensive competition mapping and launch the market
3. Identify the correct decision-makers in the companies and set up a meeting to understand their supply chain and how our products can help them.
4. Do the end-to-end solution design for the clients based on your discussions.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to arrange pilots/demos for the clients.
6. Negotiate with the required stakeholders and close the deal.
7. Maintaining the relationship with the client.
8. Deliver growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.
1. A structured sales process for winning complex enterprise deals
2. Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment
3. A fair understanding of logistics operations will be an added advantage.
4. Local based candidates with the relevant market knowledge will be preferred.
5. New acquisition skills required.
6. Ability to identify clients LTL requirements and clearly communicate the product offering to match their needs.
7. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proven ability to plan and manage resource.
9. Proficiency in data analysis and ROI Management.
10. 4+ years of experience in B2B Sme and retail sales.
