Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as an individual contributor within the Tata Communications BFSI Centre of Excellence (COE). Your primary focus will be on strategically acquiring new financial services clients and establishing a robust ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive a new revenue stream. Your success will be gauged by your ability to secure new client logos, onboard key ISV partners, boost pipeline growth, and facilitate ecosystem-led deals with a significant revenue target. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and acquire potential clients within the BFSI sector, including Private Banks, NBFCs, SFBs, Co-op Banks, Insurance, and Capital Markets to drive revenue generation. - Engage in consultative discussions with CXO-level stakeholders to emphasize infrastructure modernization, regulatory compliance, digital resilience, and transformation. - Collaborate with internal sales teams to integrate ecosystem-led solutions into account strategies, accelerate deal closure, and contribute to achieving a substantial new revenue stream. - Proactively scout and onboard top ISVs in the BFSI sector, evaluating their capabilities, compliance, and relevance to the market. - Partner with internal teams to develop joint offerings combining Tata Communications" secure infrastructure with ISV applications and regulatory requirements. - Own the ISV onboarding process, maintain governance, track performance, and report on key performance indicators related to accounts acquired, ISVs onboarded, pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and GTM campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of successful experience in BFSI sales, business development, or technology partnership roles. - Domain Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in acquiring BFSI clients and handling complex deals in a compliance-driven environment. - Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the BFSI SaaS/ISV/FinTech ecosystem and their infrastructure, cloud adoption, and risk/compliance requirements. - Mandatory Skills: Excellent client engagement, consultative selling, partnership-building skills, and a deep understanding of BFSI transformation priorities. - Soft Skills: Ability to balance strategic planning with execution, influence cross-functional teams effectively, and drive results.
