Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise & execute strategies to acquire large enterprise B2B clients and nurture them into

strategic accounts.

  • Engage directly with CXOs and senior leaders to build strong partnerships.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from scouting new business, pitching, and closing to

account expansion.

  • Set up, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive P&L ownership, sales forecasting, and business planning, working cross-functionally

with Finance, SCM, and Risk teams.


Candidate Requirement:

  • MBA/B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/FMS, etc.) preferred
  • 4–8 years in Enterprise B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Supply Chain / Fashion-Tech / E-commerce
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong background in account management & client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in P&L or business ownership.
