Senior Manager - AR Operations

As a Senior Manager in AR Operations, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of AR associates. Your primary focus will be on analyzing receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiating necessary follow-up actions to ensure reimbursement. You will utilize a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up techniques while also undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Lead teams to efficiently meet client expectations, reduce AR aging, and optimize collections - Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, monitoring and managing workflow to ensure timely delivery of agreed SLAs - Track and maintain metrics for various data, including Collections reports and Operations reports - Develop processes to improve productivity and quality within the team - Participate in new pilot projects and facilitate a smooth transition of knowledge to the team - Resolve personnel issues or conflicts and learn and implement new client systems - Coordinate training sessions for new joiners and existing team members - Conduct regular conference calls with clients to enhance client satisfaction - Identify training gaps within the team and develop retraining sessions with the department trainer - Manage client relationships effectively to ensure success in the role Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 11 years of experience in AR US Healthcare with the designation of Manager or above - Willingness to work night shifts - Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management in US Healthcare RCM - Availability to join within 30 days In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, effective management of client relationships is crucial for success in this role.,
