Senior Manager - App Success team - Top General Insurance Co - Mumbai

The details of the position are:

• To work closely with corporate sales team and corporates to drive adoption of Website /Mobile App and engagement through the app.
• To be instrumental in popularizing the features like Hello Doctor, Network hospital, OPD, etc. within the corporate.
• To act as an interface between Website /Mobile App and the customers.
• Once the policy is booked by the corporate through our Sales team, to be responsible for on boarding of the employees on the Website /Mobile App & plan digital engagement activities for the employees.
• To understand the requirement and customize the app experience for the employees.
• The mode of engagement will be phygital.
• To organize in-app events for the app throughout the policy period.
• To focus on activities such as
  
  • Mapping OPD requirements for the employees of the corporate and curating the network as per their needs.
  • Identifying users as per their personas, demography, conditions, usage, etc. on the app and organizing wellness events and online events as per the same.
  • Creating a micro-community within the corporate as per the interests of the employees and use app gamification to drive engagement within the community.
