Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business intelligence professionals.
Design and oversee implementation of analytical models and data solutions.
Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop analytical approaches.
Present actionable insights to senior management and drive strategic initiatives.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools for performance tracking.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement using analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
12 years of experience, proficient in SQL, Python, familiar with Tableau, exposure to any Martech tool would be an advantage (Engagement or Retention platforms/ MMPs /CRM/ CDP).
Would work closely with other stakeholders for database management for campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Working knowledge of statistical and ML algorithms like Clustering, Regression, Ensemble techniques, Naive Bayes classifiers, Neural networks etc is a big advantage.
