Role & responsibilities Design & Visual Content Design high-impact visuals: social media creatives, marketing collaterals, infographics, and digital ads, Motion graphics/video editing knowledge. Maintain visual consistency across all branding touchpoints. Own the end-to-end design execution from concept to delivery. Create scroll-stopping and thumb-stopping creatives for campaigns. Branding & Creative Direction Develop and maintain brand identity systems (color palette, typography, tone). Collaborate on brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling assets. Bring emotional depth and conceptual clarity to brand messaging through design. Keep the visual language aligned with company values and future vision. Marketing & Sales Collaboration Work closely with marketing to translate campaign goals into visual strategies. Ideate creatives that drive conversions, increase engagement, and push boundaries. Create sales support assetspitch decks, case studies, product walkthroughswith strong design thinking. Partner with product and sales teams to position Theranize as a category-defining brand. Gather credible statistics, journal-backed studies, and expert quotes to support narratives used in scripts for reels, videos, and podcasts. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and up-to-date relevance of all data points presented. Provide structured citations and proper references for all facts, quotes, and statistics. Collaborate with scriptwriters to fill knowledge gaps or validate assumptions in scripts. Maintain a structured repository of reliable resources and vetted references for reuse and future projects. Help the team translate complex concepts into digestible, audience-friendly summaries . Preferred candidate profile Critical appraisal (study design, bias, sample size, effect size, CIs, p-values). Plain-language writing for non-experts; sensitivity to cultural and ethical nuances. Tools: PubMed/Google Scholar, Zotero/Mendeley, Notion/Confluence, Excel/Sheets. Bonus: Experience with Cochrane/PRISMA style synthesis, APA/AMA citation styles.
