Senior Manager - AMC Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – AMC / After Service Sales to lead and grow our after-sales service business in the UPS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, increase AMC revenue, and strengthen our service network. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand AMC and after-sales service revenue streams.
• Lead and motivate the service sales team to achieve business targets.
• Establish and enforce efficient payment collection processes and strategies for all AMC clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for AMC services
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote AMC offerings.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on AMC performance.
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of AMC services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Manage contract renewals, modifications, and terminations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in after-sales service / AMC sales, preferably in the UPS or power solutions industry.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of UPS systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards is preferred
