Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Manager - Ad Operations & Sales. The selected candidate will oversee the advertising operations and sales activities, manage campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for digital ads, managing client relationships, leading a team dedicated to successful ad implementation, and analyzing data to implement improvements. The role also entails close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align ad sales with organizational goals and reporting performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, and Digital Advertising
• Proficiency in Analytics, Data-driven decision-making, and reporting tools
• Strong skills in Team Management, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building
• Understanding of Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Revenue Optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru South
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools is an advantage
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
