Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily general ledger and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) on a daily basis.
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Handle all taxation matters, including GST, CGST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with the corporate legal team on ongoing or potential legal cases.
• Represent the company in court of law and assist in legal proceedings as required.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legal standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA (Finance)/ degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CA, CMA, will be an advantage.
• Proven work experience 10-15 years.
• Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
• Experience in handling legal cases related to finance/accounts.
• Ability to represent the organization in legal and compliance matters.
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
