Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

As a Senior Manager in Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team. Your role will involve assigning responsibilities to team members, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality outputs. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely closure of books, reconciliations, and reporting tasks. Your expertise will be essential in Financial Reporting & Analysis, where you will prepare and finalize financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Conducting monthly and quarterly financial reviews, as well as presenting findings, will be part of your routine tasks. Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. With 5 years of work experience and a CA qualification, you are expected to bring a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices to this role. The location of this position is in Surat, and the salary offered is 15 LPA.
