Job description: Ensuring day-to-day financial transactions are recorded properly as per ICAIs Accounting, Auditing standards, Cost accounting standards and applicable Income Tax TDS laws. Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Ensuring proper revenue and expense recognition. Preparation of Monthly Cost sheets & records based on production, sales, RM consumption & stocks and reporting to Management. Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss MIS data for submission to Management Performing fiscal year-end accounting books closing activities related to finalization & preparation of Balance sheet & P & L and assisting with activities and requirements of external auditors of the Company. Compliances of preparation, reconciliation & filing of returns under the Indian Direct & Indirect Taxation laws. Skills and Qualifications: B, Com/ M.com degree in Accountancy preferably with professional degree of CA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tally / TDS accounting software Experience in managing a team and supervising accounting staff.
