As a Maintenance Manager at our Sitapura, Jaipur location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks - Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical breakdowns - Supervise the maintenance team - Effectively manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records - Ensure compliance with safety standards - Support internal and external audits Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - At least 3 years in a senior role - Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance strategies, utilities, and equipment troubleshooting - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Effective communication and computer skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams,
