Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Maintenance Engineer located in Gujarat, India. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems. Additional tasks include diagnosing and repairing issues, optimizing maintenance workflows, and supporting the execution of engineering standards to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering processes and strategies
• Strong Electrical Maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform well under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
• Experience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing is a plus
