Job Role: Senior Maintenance & Projects

Experience:

Location:

Remarks: Looking for candidates from the Hospital and/Or Hotel (5 star) industry

In-Person interview is mandatory

This role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets and safety regulations, and potentially leading infrastructure project implementation within a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management:
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all hospital infrastructure and critical equipment.
Project Oversight:
Managing and overseeing maintenance and construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Budget and Resource Management:
Controlling the maintenance budget and managing the department's resources effectively.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with hospital safety regulations and healthcare standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervising and directing the maintenance department's daily operations and staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Several years of experience in engineering and maintenance, with specific experience in a hospital or healthcare environment being highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
