Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Senior Loan Officer with experience across personal, home, auto, business, education, and mortgage loans. This role requires strong credit evaluation, client management, and regulatory compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate applications for secured/unsecured loans.
• Verify documentation, assess creditworthiness, and coordinate with underwriting.
• Provide customized loan solutions and support disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and internal policies.
• Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
• Manage client pipelines, post-loan support, and reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in loan sales/processing (multiple loan types).
• Sound knowledge of credit, documentation, and financial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local market knowledge of Hyderabad preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRMs, and loan systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
