About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior LinkedIn Operator to manage and optimize our LinkedIn presence. This role involves developing growth strategies, networking with prospects, and guiding a team of interns to execute campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LinkedIn engagement and outreach strategies
• Network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals
• Manage day-to-day LinkedIn operations and content posting
• Mentor and guide interns in lead generation, messaging, and connection building
• Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn strategy with business goals

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in LinkedIn networking, outreach, and lead generation
• Experience in managing LinkedIn campaigns and analytics tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor interns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
