Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Learning & Development Manager at IntouchCX, you will lead a dynamic team of L&D trainers and content developers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver innovative learning programs that enhance leadership and operational capabilities within the organization. You will play a crucial role in aligning training solutions with business objectives to drive performance outcomes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire training lifecycle, including learning needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. - Manage the development, modification, and maintenance of training content for clients as part of IntouchCX's shared services offerings. - Lead a team of L&D professionals, including facilitators, trainers, instructional designers, and content developers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and develop learning solutions for leadership and frontline capability building. - Ensure that training content remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company's values and strategic priorities. - Promote the adoption of learning technologies and methodologies such as gamification, blended learning, and microlearning. - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by introducing new tools, platforms, and content formats. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation frameworks like Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with business leaders to ensure that the L&D function delivers measurable value. - Design and implement train-the-trainer programs to scale instructional initiatives across various sites and roles. Qualifications Required: - Post-secondary degree or equivalent preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, including training delivery and instructional design. - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within an L&D function. - Expertise in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and program facilitation. - Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Camtasia). - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems for deploying and tracking training programs. - Deep understanding of instructional frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and the Inductive Method. - Strategic mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for people development, collaboration, and driving performance through learning.,
