Senior Lead Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance for the frontend, backend, and fullstack teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Frontend: - Providing technical leadership and guidance for the frontend team. - Evaluating new frontend technologies and tools. - Defining and driving the frontend architecture and standards. - Familiarity with webpacks and bundlers configurations. - Knowledge of caching and prefetching concepts. - Understanding of advanced UI/UX concepts and design principles. - Designing and implementing large-scale frontend applications. Backend: - Designing and developing high availability backend systems capable of handling large volumes of traffic and requests. - Proficiency in advanced Node.js concepts such as child processes and worker threads. - Familiarity with database performance optimization techniques, including indexing, caching, and query optimization. - Implementing and managing server-side security, including OWASP security best practices. - Experience with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud and deploying Node.js applications to the cloud.
