Senior Lead Engineer

As a qualified candidate for this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance for the frontend team. You will have the ability to evaluate new frontend technologies and tools, define and drive frontend architecture and standards, and implement large-scale frontend applications. It is essential to be familiar with webpacks, bundlers configurations, catching and prefetching concepts, and advanced UI/UX design principles. Moreover, you will play a vital role in designing and developing high availability backend systems capable of handling large volumes of traffic and requests. Proficiency in advanced Node.js concepts like child processes and worker threads, database performance optimization techniques, server-side security implementation, and cloud services deployment will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, as a Fullstack developer, you will combine frontend and backend responsibilities, providing technical leadership for both teams. You will need to possess a deep understanding of frontend technologies and tools, advanced UI/UX concepts, and large-scale frontend application design. At the same time, expertise in designing high-availability backend systems, Node.js concepts, database optimization techniques, and cloud services deployment is essential. Furthermore, you should stay updated on UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, advanced design principles like material design and flat design, and animation and motion design techniques. Leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers, implementing best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing budgets for infrastructure and tooling will also be part of your responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide status updates, recommendations, and guidance, and design scalable architectures for cloud-based applications using services like AWS, GCP, or Azure will be critical for the success of our organization.,
