Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end resource allocation including new requests, releases, and internal reassignments.
Maintain accurate records of associate availability, bench strength, and deployment status.
Coordinate with project managers and delivery heads to fulfill resource demands.
Track and report on associate utilization, billing status, and productivity.
Support contractor/vendor management activities including onboarding, timesheet verification, and offboarding.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into HRMS or resource tracking tools.
Monitor and maintain associate work profiles, skills matrix, and certification engagement.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance for operational requirements related to associate lifecycle management.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to resource planning, project staffing, and utilization metrics.
