Job Description

As a member of the Product, Practice, and Knowledge (PPK) department at Bain & Company, you will have the opportunity to work within the Knowledge Management team and collaborate with various Practices at Bain, expanding your expertise and leveraging industry knowledge across different sectors. The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Practice, specifically the Results Delivery (Change Management) & Full Potential Transformation solution team, will be your focus area, where you will work alongside other Knowledge team and Practice members. **Role Overview:** - Equip Partners and consulting staff with relevant expertise and resource recommendations - Provide front-line support to case teams by sharing curated best of Bain content - Identify and connect experts within the Bain network to consulting teams - Collaborate with Information Services or Practice Centers of Excellence to provide the best consolidated view of internal and external knowledge - Develop and package summary documents and provide updated or bespoke analysis **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the capture and sharing of the practice knowledge base - Capture and process knowledge onto the global intranet platform - Coordinate with Knowledge Specialists to identify content priorities and gaps - Manage metadata for user searching and AI output improvement - Package and codify best thinking into insights - Collaborate with practice team members for new product development - Manage and maintain practice page(s) on the intranet - Contribute to the development and execution of the practice strategy - Analyze and interpret drivers of practice performance - Support content planning and logistics for annual practice meetings - Actively engage with the practice and broader PPK team - Participate in global team trainings and initiatives - Assign, review, and provide feedback on junior team members" work - Manage day-to-day workplan for junior team members **Qualifications Required:** - BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials, MBA degree is a plus - 4+ years of professional experience preferred - Strong analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in AI tools and a growth mindset about their use - Superior customer service attitude and attention to detail - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word This role at Bain & Company offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can contribute to the success of the practice while growing both professionally and personally.
