We’re seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to lead operations and drive strategic growth for a Global B2B SaaS technology company.

Responsibilities:

🔹Lead and manage teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.

🔹Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.

🔹Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

🔹Present performance dashboards and insights to clients, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, tech) to meet client goals.

🔹Ensure timely resolution of client queries and proactive problem-solving.

🔹Experience managing global clients & delivering to global standards

🔹Skilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectations

🔹Strong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketing

🔹Prior P&L ownership is a big plus!

Pre-requisite:

🔹Strong exposure servicing to B2B SaaS clientele.

🔹Must have collaborated with creative, strategy, and tech teams.

🔹Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.

🔹Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
