🧠 Design and optimize robust systems with PostgreSQL and Redis.

📊 Contribute across the stack, including dashboards with ReactJS.

👨 💻 Mentor junior developers and champion best coding practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of hands-on software development (Strong Backend focus).

✔ Deep expertise in Java & Spring Boot.

✔ Must have proven GCP experience in production.

✔ Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.

✔ Working knowledge of ReactJS or similar UI framework.

✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

✅ Python (FastAPI/Django) experience.

✅ Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven systems.

✅ AI/ML integrations (GPT, RAG, Vector DBs).

✅ DevOps & CI/CD exposure.

✅ A strong product & customer-centric mindset.
