Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications and services using industry-standard software development methodologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements that meet business requirements and align with the technical architecture.
Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, reviewing code and ensuring best practices are followed.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are maintained.
Identify and prioritize requirements and manage expectations around delivery timelines and quality.
