Role & Responsibilities: Design and develop reports using IBM Cognos BI (v10/v11) tools such as Report Studio, Query Studio, and Analysis Studio. Create and maintain Manhattan SCI reports across key supply chain functions (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, etc.). Develop complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for custom report development. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable Manhattan SCI BI reports and dashboards. Build various report formats including Lists, Crosstabs, Charts, Drill-throughs, Master-Detail, and Conditional Blocks. Strong understanding of supply chain operations and reporting requirements. Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Ensure accuracy, usability, and performance of delivered reports. Provide documentation and support for deployed reports. Experience Required: 5+ years of experience with IBM Cognos BI tools. Proven experience developing Manhattan SCI reports in a supply chain environment. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the development and optimization of complex queries. Experience with SCI data models, especially for Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory modules. Expertise in building a variety of Cognos reports and dashboards. Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries. Experience creating different types of reports and visualizations based on business needs. Solid understanding of supply chain processes and reporting best practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Knowledge of /Experience with Manhattan Active Reporting would be a big plus.
