Job Description

Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead

designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain multi-tier enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of multiple project modules.
Participate in
requirement analysis
and
architectural discussions
.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following
OOP principles
and
design patterns
.
Develop and integrate
RESTful and SOAP web services
.
Implement and maintain solutions using
Spring Boot
,
Struts/Spring Framework
, and
Hibernate (or other ORM frameworks)
.
Ensure
high performance, scalability, and availability
of applications.
Conduct
code reviews
, ensure adherence to secure coding practices (PCI, OWASP).
Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 developers.
Work with tools like
JIRA, SVN, GIT
, and application servers such as
WebSphere
,
Tomcat
, or similar.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Java (7, 8, 11) and J2EE
Servlets, JSP, RESTful and SOAP APIs
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate/ORM
Microservices architecture
SQL & PL/SQL; Database design
Design Patterns and Design Principles
Web & Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.)
Version Control Tools (GIT, SVN)
Defect Management Tools (JIRA or similar)
Knowledge of UI frameworks (ReactJS / Angular)
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Secure Coding Practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading small to mid-size teams (5–10 members).
Good understanding of
software design and architecture
