Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and code reviews.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of strong, hands-on experience in

    Java / J2EE development

    .
  • Expertise in

    Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    REST APIs, Web Services, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

    .
  • Experience with

    databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies

    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with

    containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

    .
  • Exposure to

    front-end technologies (React/Angular)

  • Prior experience in

    fintech, logistics, or enterprise-grade projects
