Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and code reviews. Key Requirements 10+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development . Expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture . Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) . Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) . Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies . Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
