We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior - Java Backend Professional to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with expertise in Java backend development, architecture, and team management.

As a Backend Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.

Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the backend development team.

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical strategies and solutions.

Backend Development : Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Architecture and Design : Design and implement backend architectures that meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Contribute to the evolution of the technical architecture.

Project Management : Work closely with project managers to plan and estimate backend development efforts.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of backend components.

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other teams.

Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in backend systems.

Optimize backend processes for efficiency and responsiveness.
