Senior IT Technician – BPO (Dialer, Network & IT Support) Location: Kolkata
Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior IT Technician with strong skills in BPO dialer management, computer hardware assembling, and network setup/maintenance. The candidate will handle escalated IT issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth technical operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate VICIdial/GoAutoDial/ICT (Dialer experience is mandatory).
• Create campaigns, agent IDs, upload lists, monitor dialer performance.
• Assemble, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and hardware.
• Install and maintain network connections, cabling, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure firewalls, routing, and switching for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and hardware issues.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, procure equipment, and coordinate with vendors/ISPs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of IT support experience (BPO preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dialer systems (mandatory).
• Expertise in hardware assembling, system troubleshooting, and network setup.
• Good understanding of LAN, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
