About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender / GeM Executive to manage the complete tendering and bidding process across Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and various Govt. E-Procurement Portals . This role involves handling end-to-end activities – from bid search, product uploads, and tender submissions to post-award contract management – specifically for our product range including Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Class Solutions, LED Videowalls, and other AV solutions . Key Responsibilities: Tender & Bid Management Search, prepare, and submit bids/tenders on GeM and Govt. E-Procurement portals. Study qualification criteria of tenders and assess eligibility. Prepare price bids by filling schedules and uploading all required documents. Handle physical submission of tenders (directly or via the account management team). GeM Portal Operations Manage product uploads, cataloging, bid submission, and post-tender activities. Track and monitor live tenders from floating stage to award of work. Attend commercial bid openings, prepare comparison charts, and submit analysis reports. Post-Award Activities Attend pre-award/post-bid meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM). Verify Letter of Acceptance (LOA) / Letter of Intent (LOI) / orders and identify deviations. Submit order acceptance, arrange performance/advance BGs, and execute contract agreements.
