Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and closing).

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Conduct telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate suitability (technical cultural fit).

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Handle salary negotiations and manage candidate expectations effectively.

Maintain recruitment reports and update ATS / recruitment trackers regularly.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
