Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management.
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
  
• Use multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal database) to source candidates.
  
• Screen applicants for technical competence, cultural fit, and career alignment.
  
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal panels or clients.
  
• Maintain and track the candidate pipeline using ATS or internal systems.
  
• Stay up to date on current technologies and market trends to better assess candidate capabilities.
  
• Manage a high volume of open positions and ensure fast turnaround times.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and share regular reports on hiring metrics and performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  IT recruitment

  (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data engineering, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and deadlines.
  
• Experience working with ATS or CRM tools.
  
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
