As a Senior IT Project Manager at Flex, your role will involve developing and managing IT projects and ensuring their success in terms of cost, time, and scope. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, communication plans, allocating tasks, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and negotiating resources with team leads and managers. You will report to the Senior Director and be a key part of the IT Corporate PMO organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT projects to align with organizational objectives. - Project Management Office: Participate as a Tower lead in the IT Corporate PMO to ensure consistency in approach and methodologies. - Program Management: Oversee multiple projects and programs to ensure successful delivery within constraints. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects and programs. - Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance and make recommendations for improvements. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Project Management: Define schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, manage scope, and ensure documentation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT. - 12+ years of experience in IT, with 5-6 years in managing IT projects for multinational organizations. - Experience in a PMO environment with a deep understanding of project management methodologies. - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications, ITIL or ITSM certifications mandatory. **Desired Experiences:** - Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans. - Change Management: Experience in driving change and innovation. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Business & IT strategy experience. - Knowledge of software tools like PlainView, MS Project, Smart Sheets desirable.
