Senior IT Presales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, needs, and objectives.
• Design

  tailored solutions

  in

  AI, Analytics, and Data Engineering

  with a strong focus on Azure environments.
• Lead

  proposal creation, technical solutioning, and pricing

  strategies in response to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct

  presentations, demos, and workshops

  to showcase the capabilities of Cloud, Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve on

  Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Big Data, Analytics, and AI/ML trends

  .
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solutions align with

  industry best practices and architectural standards

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client and partner organizations.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for solution enhancements or new offerings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to drive

  continuous improvement

  of presales processes and solution offerings.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of proven presales or consulting experience

  in IT solutions, with significant exposure to

  Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Data Engineering

  .
• Strong

  technical architecture and solution design

  experience in Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, ML, AI services).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven track record in

  proposal creation, solution design, and pricing strategy

  for large-scale enterprise opportunities.
• Strong understanding of

  cloud computing platforms

  (Azure mandatory; AWS and GCP are pluses).
• Deep knowledge of

  Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering tools and frameworks

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  , with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

  with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  , with attention to detail and customer-centricity.
• Relevant certifications such as

  Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Data Engineer
