Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; Master’s or MBA in a technical or business field is a plus.
Minimum
8 years
of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutioning or enterprise architect type role within IT services / software product / enterprise solutions domain.
Strong hands-on experience and understanding of
Java technologies
(e.g., Spring/Spring Boot, JEE, microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate) and
.NET technologies
(e.g., .NET Framework/Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework) across enterprise applications.
Proven ability to design architecture/solutions and articulate technology choices for enterprise clients.
Experience working on sales/solution cycle: discovery, requirements gathering, solution scoping, demo/proof-of-concept, proposal creation and hand-off to delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to interface with both business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Strong domain knowledge of enterprise application development, integration patterns, cloud migration, microservices, DevOps pipelines, API ecosystems.
Comfortable analysing client environments, translating business requirements to technical designs, and addressing objections/challenges.
Familiarity with IT services delivery model: estimations, resource planning, margin considerations, risk assessment.
Ability to work collaboratively, influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities, meet tight deadlines and travel (domestic/international) as required.
