What we need:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Security and Infrastructure, this role will provide IT infrastructure operation support across the Company. This role will focus on planning, implementing and supporting our on premise and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support on IT infrastructure operation.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hypervisor and server infrastructure in DC.
  • Monitoring system performance, identifying anomalies, and using data to detect trends and weaknesses.
  • Responding to system incidents and outages swiftly minimizing downtime and ensure continuity of service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Azure AD.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Build, support and maintain the system operation tools such as RADIUS, DNS, SMTP gateway, monitoring, Database, and IPAM, etc.
  • Analyzing system performance and optimizing systems to ensure they are fast, efficient, and scalable.
  • Support endpoint management and device compliance using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidate is expected to provide standby support for infrastructure operation in 24x7.

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) environments
  • Emphasize standardization and automation to build inherently reliable systems and reduce "toil" (manual, repetitive tasks).
  • Expertise in supporting IT Cluster environment on Proxmox and Linux.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, Office applications, and endpoint management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical certification with ITIL, PMP, MSITP, CCNA is strongly preferred.
  • May need to work flexible hours
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
