About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS machines, barcode scanners, and networking devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime in stores and HQ.
Maintain an updated inventory of all IT hardware and accessories.

2. Software Management

Provide development, configuration, support, and issue resolution for all company-deployed software, including
Ginesys
.
Coordinate with ERP and other software vendors for technical support, enhancements,and issue closures.

3. Network & System Administration

Manage operating systems, system applications, and server administration.
Oversee firewall controls, antivirus updates, router/switch configurations, and overall network security.
Handle leased line connectivity, network uptime, and vendor coordination for service-related issues.

4. Store IT Support

Provide remote and on-site support for store-level IT issues, including POS, ERP operations, billing systems, and network connectivity.
Ensure smooth IT setup for new store openings and IT closure/revamp during store renovations.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Proficiency in
Ginesys Software
(preferred).
Good understanding of networks and network security, including firewalls, routers, antivirus, and system permissions.
Hands-on experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree
5 -7 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a
retail
or
multi-store environment
Prior experience in managing Ginesys is highly desirable
