Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud resources, and endpoints.
Lead IT support teams to efficiently resolve technical issues and deliver superior user support.
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Plan and execute system upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and vendor relationships.
Oversee IT projects, resource allocation, and budget management.
Mentor and lead IT staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in IT administration or systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms,
Apple, Windows
and Linux systems administration.
Exposure in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Strong expertise in cybersecurity best practices, disaster recovery, and IT compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) preferred.
