As a Senior Investment Liaison for HNWI & Private Capital Relations in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our capital raising endeavors for real estate ventures. We are looking for a well-connected and relationship-driven individual who has direct access to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and private investors. Your primary responsibilities will involve leveraging your personal and professional networks to connect our firm with potential investors, facilitating introductions, and assisting in securing funding for select opportunities. Your focus will be on sourcing capital through existing networks and nurturing long-term investor relationships to support ongoing and future fundraising initiatives. This is not a portfolio management or advisory position but rather a key role in aligning investor outreach with project timelines and capital needs. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your access and relationships with HNWIs, private investors, or family offices to connect the firm with potential capital sources. - Facilitate introductions and communication between investors and the internal investment or development team. - Represent the firm and its opportunities in a professional and credible manner in various settings. - Build and maintain long-term investor relationships to support fundraising initiatives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align investor outreach with project timelines and capital requirements. Requirements: - Demonstrated track record of access and relationships with HNWIs, private investors, or family offices. - Strong background in business development, investor relations, fundraising, or private client networking. - 5+ years of experience in finance, real estate, or capital sourcing. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. - Prior exposure to real estate investments, development, or private placements is advantageous.
