A key responsibility of this role is to review all prospect calls and audit lead sources, providing actionable feedback and training to the Leasing team to improve performance and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor a distributed marketing team. Manage property listings, email campaigns, and resident communications through Yardi's platform. Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to ensure accurate and timely marketing content. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Ensure consistent messaging to prospects across all platforms. Utilize Yardi CRM to manage marketing workflows and lead tracking. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Listen to all prospect calls and deliver targeted training to Leasing agents. Audit all lead sources and provide regular feedback to Leasing agents to optimize performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 6+ years of marketing experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong management and coaching abilities. Experience with Yardi CRM is an advantage. Must be able to work PST hours from India or other international locations. Preferred Skills: Experience with Yardi Voyager integration. Familiarity with Multi-family real estate platforms. Knowledge of resident lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
