JOB DESCRIPTION Design Responsibilities 1. Conceptualization & Planning Develop innovative design concepts tailored to client needs and aesthetics. Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. 2. Project Coordination Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Recommend suitable materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with client expectations. 3. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes and safety regulations. Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation. Sales Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement Respond to client inquiries and conduct site visits for spatial assessments. Present compelling design proposals to secure project commitments. 2. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by closing deals and upselling design solutions. Foster long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. 3. Follow-Ups Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep clients informed on project progress. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 1 year in interior design, with proven exposure to client interactions and sales. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design tools.
